The interior was dirty. Spilled drinks stained the center console and cupholder was sticky. There was no dolly or other moving accessories in the cargo hold. The steering made clunking noises. The gas was on E with about 31 miles left. I had to stop for gas 3 times to make sure I wasn't over paying and returning with way more gas than I was given to start. That is time wasted for a time critical task.

Donnie GNo one available to hook up the trailer. The first trailer assigned to me was impossible for my brother and I to lift the tongue onto my hitch. I was assigned another trailer that was very difficult to lift, but we were barely able to get the tongue onto my hitch. This transaction was all done by phone, so my brother and I had to complete the entire hook up ourselves. I am 78 yrs old and he is 70. Very poor service.
