Major issue- so I have the U-Haul app and when it came to dropping off the truck and trailer the only location that the app showed was Ace Hardware. I went to this location unhooked and set it up to what I believed was the correct way for the next customer. I then went inside of the ACE to return keys and let them know that I had disconnected the truck and trailer. Whe. I mentioned this to the female employee she immediately became defensive and said we don’t accept trailers at this location 3 different times. The male also behind the counter stated the same. And instead of immediately saying let us try to fix this. They both looked at me like I had the solution until I said that the app is showing this as the drop off location. They then started to look at how to fix this. They did but I had to reconnect and drive another 10 miles down the road. Where a different employee at this location (Columbia Inn) helped me and we finally got the truck turned in.

With our church's monthly food giveaway events, this U-Haul company has been an important "partner" in support of the delivery of food to our church, so that we could pass it on to our neighbors in need. We have received the best of service from U-Haul, at this location. This is definitely our "go-to" rental agency in Columbia, TN!!
