They are not open on Sunday, which means you have to use the app to pickup the truck. The app has some issues, so that made for a small struggle. I was unable to upload any pictures, so I could complete the process. I know this is not the fault of the pickup site, but I thought I would mention it. The key was wedged in the key box in a way that made it almost impossible to open the sliding door and get it out. Otherwise, the process was pretty straight forward.

WENDELL NI rented a moving truck for 1 day. Picked up at 9:08am and returned at 3:15pm. I was charged for 2 days along with 2 Safe Move fees. I will never use more recommend U-Haul again.
Richard GInitially, issues arose with the pick up location. However, within 24 hours, the city/district manager got involved and took care of it far better than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience. All representatives were kind and professional over the phone and the online pick up and drop off was very easy. I would absolutely continue to use and recommend uhaul.
