Tonnio BProject the final cost for the customer. I was $250 above what I expected to pay and I also returned the vehicle the day before my reservation ended (so I had another day to use the truck) and received no money back.
Stephen CI reserved a truck for mobile pickup but no keys were placed in the lockbox for me so I needed to wait over an hour for the owner to show up and check me in manually.
Tyler SExcellent customer service. My pick up location somehow was incorrectly reserved when I was using the internet for booking. Originally was going to choose one location when I realized there was a closer location. They were able to move the pick up location from the wrong one quickly. Excellent location and extremely helpful. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
