mekbib cThis was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. I’ve been a customer of U-Haul for over two decades and I’ve never had the worst experience dealing with folks over it. 995 Detroit Ave. in Concord. The location just purely sucks and he has horrible staff the lax professionalism and customer service. How bad the service was, I will never rent from U-Haul again. Additionally, I will try my best and go out of my way to ensure that everybody I know never goes to this location and experience the shit I have experienced. I sincerely hope that someone in the upper management can give this location a serious assessment because it’s dragging the quality of U-Haul down the train. I have went out of my way to report this to the local news station and yelp and all of my social media. That’s all I got to say.
