I specifically requested to rent the truck at a brick and mortar store because people complained that the uhaul app was bad but I got sent to a place with no workers anyway. Luckily there was a guy working for uhaul that just happened to be there who got me sorted. I had to move about 50miles total and it cost me 200$ just for the rental and 60$ for gas! That seems outrageous to me compared to the quote: 25$ rental plus 1.50/km….it doesn’t add up.
