Our first Uhaul pick up of the day had to be returned because of unreported damage to it by the previous renter. ( Cliff ave location) Teddy Dfantis came to our rescue and secured us one at the Cumberland location.A huge thank you to the kind young man at the Sabzimandi Supermarket who called Teddy. We had movers and ferry reservations lined up and despite the mess-up, we were able to only be 1 hour behind. I am very grateful for his dedication to getting things sorted out in a timely, and professional manner. Our call to the reservation desk only had us renting a smaller truck at a later time. Thank you so much Teddy, you turned a disaster into a win.

RONALD HThe information was not updated and had I not taken a picture of the mileage and gas gauge I would have had to pay extra. I had called right away but “customer service can not update ; they can only make a note”. When I got to my drop off I took another picture and that was also good because I did get charged but had the evidence I needed to get a refund. Neither pick up nor drop off personal seemed very competent.
