Attendant seemed unfamiliar with online equipment check in and wanted me to give him all the info that I had already submitted to uhaul directly. There was no clear drop off location for uhaul trucks at the facility.

The truck was below a quarter of a tank when I started it. The cab wasn't very clean and smelled like dog.

Charlene CDo not appreciate the false advertising on price. $20 for a “rental rate” and $20 for a “rental charge” when the side of the truck just says $20 is a scam. I’ll go to Home Depot in the future. The location and the truck itself were fine. What I paid vs what’s advertised was not.
