The uhual was infested with roaches, all of my stuff was loaded after spraying and when went to unload had to unload everything in carport and not inside due to having roaches in everything and didn’t want to bring into our new home!

Don’t rent a truck that smells like an assisted living facility. I had to drive 10 hours cross country in a truck that absolutely reaked of hot urine. Me and all of my property smelled absolutely disgusting by the time I dropped that truck off. Unacceptable. 0/10
