I showed up to a fenced in grassy area, called the number in my paperwork. The first person I talked to knew nothing and said he would his manager call me. A female called me and was nice. She told me to just park the trailer by the other trailers. I parked it and unhooked it. Called the lady back, asking about a receipt, she did email me a receipt.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMade reservation online. Got text to call location. I did with no answer. I arrived and the yard was open but no one was there. I then received a call from a man who said they weren't there and could I hook up trailer my self. I told him I could but was not comfortable with the idea and he said he would "call traffic and send me to another location". I called back after and said I would take the trailer as I knew there were no other 5x 8s at nearby locations but that I would not leave until I had an email receipt. I got a link to upload license and send required pictures hooked up the trailer and left. I had a follow-up call from a women who confirmed the receipt etc. and apologized for not being there.
Lee HNot a thing. You guys were perfection personified!!
Caster AOnly issue was with using the app but does not affect the service. Even when my first person cancelled, the branch manager came out and honored the original pick up time and location. It helped make my move so much easier.
Manuel TEverything was perfect. Very responsive communication with staff and helpful in hooking up the trailer to my vehicle! Great folk!
