I did not choose this location. On the day just before we were to pick up the U-haul vehicle, our location pick-up was changed by U-haul. I'm not sure why; no explanation was given. I assumed that maybe the original location that I reserved perhaps didn't have all of the supplied or the vehicle. When I called Clay Creek Falls Grocery to confirm that we'd have an appliance dolley, furniture blankets, and the 15ft. truck, the guy answering the phone just answered, "Yeah". Not his name, not the name of the store, not a good morning, just "Yeah". When I asked about the dolley and blankets, he just said "Yeah". When I asked if he could look at the reservation and confirm the dolley and blankets, he of course said "Yeah", and the proceeded to hang up on me. I called him again, and once again, he essentially just said, "Yeah". I then called the U-haul number on my reservation because I was not confident this location would actually have the supplies I requested. The lady I spoke with (call took place on 8/1 around 9am) said that my only options were to drive an hour away to an actual U-haul place, or she could call Clay Creek to ensure they would have all of the supplies. So she put me on hold and she called Clay Creek. When she came back on the line, she confirmed that the location would have the appliance dolley, furniture blankets and truck. Welllllll..... that DID NOT happen. We arrived at 9am on 8/2 and we received the blankets (in a sloppy, messy pile) and NO dolley. I called the U-haul number again, and all the lady could do was take off the $15 for the dolley. There was no way to get a dolley. We needed one that day because we were moving a large sofa out of our house. My husband and I aren't spring chickens, so moving this on our own was quite difficult. Sigh.... So, my husband had to drive to Home Depot and BUY a dolley for $130! Honestly, I think U-haul owes me $130 for having to buy this. I know you won't give it to me, so you can be sure that we will NEVER use U-haul again! To top it all off, when we returned the truck in Kennesaw, the person at the location called me after we drove off asking for the dolley! It was never taken off our reservation like it was supposed to have been! I strongly recommend you stop doing business with Clay Creek Falls Grocery. The lady I spoke with on Sunday said they've had multiple complaints about that location.

I literally rented U-Haul and drove 10.3 miles total and put 10 $ in gas before I returned to literally get charged for 6 gallons of gas. Will dispute charges
