we rented two stand up dolley’s, they didn’t have either. Took almost an hour to finally leave with the truck when our reservation was 10-6. So we lost an entire hour because the guy was new & kept calling the owner for every question I had concerning the rental. First truck was on E, below the E. Second truck barely had any gas in it. Asked me mileage estimate upfront & charged that, but when I looked back I realize I overestimated the miles & have no way to get the difference back in a refund. After drop off, guy called me frantic 4 times because he couldn’t find the keys when they were in the Dropbox the entire time. My brother is moving out this week & I already told him go elsewhere, unprofessional, unprepared & a terrible person experience for my first u-haul rental ever. I wish u-haul would regulate who gets to rent these & through where. The spot is extremely shady & is also a smoke shop with no safe parking. Highly disappointed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a 15' at a location close to my house. Then The next day I got a message that said they can't guarantee the truck at the location I selected so they gave me an option to select another location. So I selected that location. 2 hours before I'm supposed to pick the truck up. I got a notification saying that they can't guarantee the availability of the truck at the second location so they gave me a third location even farther away from my house. I think that's really piss-poor customer service. This is like a rerun of a Seinfeld episode. You can sure take the reservation but you can't hold it.
