I don't usually do reviews, but felt like I owed this one... Excellent customer service! I had to extend my rental 3 times & change my drop-off location due to extenuating circumstances & U-haul made it very easy & affordable for me to do so. Very grateful to everyone at U-haul for their help. I will certainly refer you to anyone I know that is moving or needs rentals of any kind.

I was renting a truck to haul a camp trailer. When I gave them size of ball needed I was told all uhaul trucks have a 2" ball, but they could sell me one of the appropriate size. I returned the truck early because not only does it not have the size ball needed, despite urgings given, the ball is WELDED to the truck, no way to change it. When I brought that up, I was given an explanation indicating they KNOW the balls are welded on (despite trying to sell me a ball to change in the truck) and then proceeded to try to tell me I need to change the hitch on the trailer - which is not possible. I was lied to about the amount of fuel in the truck at pickup, and they attempted to upsell an item to me they knew could not be used.

Daniel LAgain simple drop off, quick. My only issues were more driver convenience related, must haves are electric windows and doors and a back up camera... minimum entry!
