The only issue I have is with U-Haul as a whole not specifically the Deep Gap location, when I've reserving a truck, I have never ever been given the size vehicle I've requested, I have requested a 10-foot truck on several occasions, and had to always take the next larger truck size up even when it has been an in-town move and returning it to the same location where I picked it up from.

When I arrived at this location at 4:00 in the afternoon, no one was there. They were closed for some reason and I had to download the app to return the truck.
