Great service. The man was very helpful and professional. I definitely recommend Deep Gap Storage if you need ro rent a truck or trailer. Also, they have great rates on their storage facilities.

The pickup location was fine the truck dirty, smelled of severe smoke, and broken tire gauge. The drop off location had no phone signal for online returns, office had a sign saying call for assistance not onsite but no signal to call. Experience was a dive
Stephanie B.This was my drop off location however I was asked if I could take my rental to a different location on my way home. I know this was a busy weekend for the area but maybe in the future be better prepared.
Catherine H.Open a dropoff center in Boone. Because of college starting, everyone was dropping off their trucks or trailers. There simply was not enough room for the equipment. The owner was very nice, but you could tell that he was stressed. It's basically a little place on the side of the road with very little parking. I don't understand why you don't have a uhaul center in a major college town.
Amy H.The location was small and there was not enough room for me to pull in. I had to park parallel to the road and block other trucks in. Not a problem. There was a bag of trash strewn across the parking lot. I wouldn't "report" either issue but your question specifically asked if the location was clean. Also, no cell service so I just had to drop the key in the box without knowing what else I needed to do. Hopefully, that was OK.
