They stole money from me, changed the reservation I made when they closed, and increased the price I paid for the truck. They refuse to take responsibility.

Location did not provide a key drop off box or even a mail slot for key. I had to return the next day, after checking out the day before, to drop off the key.
DANIEL MThe previous customer had hidden trash away from sight. Including full and open alcoholic beverages. I could have gotten in a lot of trouble for this. The UHaul truck itself was in good condition.
Thomas MReserved a 15’ truck one week in advance and “none” available on the pick up day, charged same amount for a 10’. At the parking lot where I picked up the 10’, there was a 15’ truck parked by it, so not sure why he said none available. 10’ had no ramp.
