Good service! They charged me for the correct mileage and didn't cheat me on the fuel level. I paid exactly what it said on the agreement. Fair business practice! It's good to still honest businesses these days! By the way the u-haul was great and handled the job with ease.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThank you very much
Jennifer HThey lie about the gas and mileage then try to over charge you. The Uhaul was not clean as well, being that it was the only one left I took it. I drove from Deltona to Sanford then back to Deltona and they’re saying I drove 100 + miles. Thank God I have photos to prove the actual gas and mileage before I left the location.
GLENN CFirst I ordered a dolly way in advance because you need one to move you items ans of course when I go there they don't have a dolly so I had to buy one. It would have been nice if I was told ahead of time so I could have planned for it. So right there Im out 70 dollars but ok. Then when I turn it in Im told I went 23 miles over which I have no idea how since I went from the uhaul place to my house to the new house to the uhaul place. I guess this is a way to scam people.
