The location I went to for the pick up, the app didn’t work and I couldn’t check in by myself. The employees who checked me in were not very friendly. The truck was absolutely disgusting on the inside, not cleaned, hardly any fuel, check engine light was on, broken glass all over the ground, especially near the tires. Drop off went slightly okay. The app still didn’t work properly, no one ever called me like the app said it would, even after I dropped off the truck. It still said it was active until the next morning. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had so far with U-Haul.

MARK NNo one was at the location to give us keys. Called 800 number and could not resolve could no reach location. Truck is sitting there!! We were forced another location and to take 20 ft vs 15 to drive to CA told no 15 ft available anywhere Denver. Next day pick up trailer 2 miles from house told he had 3 15 ft truck we could have used instead of half full 20 ft. Terrible experience avoid using U haul customer service is very poor and we lost several hours on move day person at 800 # refused my request to speak to a supervisor.

Christopher BNot much help was given to me. I was told to just scan the QR code and follow the directions. The lot is where the trailers/trucks are is next to the station and it was messy and unkept.
