Not charge me $0.11 for going over by one tenth of a mile. Seriously. How much money do you guys actually need when it cost me $200 to use a truck for less than a day. Not to mention, I returned the truck 25 minutes earlier than I was supposed to. I want a refund of my 11 cents!

Diego CFor this rental, there was an issue with the software/program for dispatching the equipment. This issue added a 40 minute wait time to my pick up. Perhaps there should be a paper system back that can be used in the event of programming problems that the agent can use to get the customer out the door and then add the info to the data base when it is back up and tuning as expected.
