I was told to take a picture of the counter/mileages after the trip. The probleme was that the dashboard was not at zero, so I was charged over $100 extra. I spoke with the hostess and told me she couldn’t do anything, it was too late. But when I returned the key, nobody told me they were charging me extra. Dishonest business.

I had a couple of weird issues like my phone died right before I got there so I couldn’t use it to check in and I needed to pick up earlier and schedule to drop off later and they were very helpful and easy about the changes I appreciated that during this stressful time.
