The U-Haul was not clean when I picked it up. It contained personal items and trash left behind by the previous renter. I removed all of the items and cleaned it out myself. I was not responsible for leaving these items in the U-Haul. Please make sure the equipment is properly inspected and cleaned between rentals.

How U-Haul Reviews Worktop off the gas before dropping it off. I have the receipt and a photo of gas tank gauge with clearly shows 7/8 but whoever checked, it reported wrongly and I was charged extra.. unnecessary mistake which causes stress and time to make a phone call and to get refunded

Christina RI was told to take a picture of the counter/mileages after the trip. The probleme was that the dashboard was not at zero, so I was charged over $100 extra. I spoke with the hostess and told me she couldn’t do anything, it was too late. But when I returned the key, nobody told me they were charging me extra. Dishonest business.
