No attendant on site. Took over 20 minutes to even make contact with someone then I was instructed to go get the transport myself and send him pictures of it hooked up. Equipment was left in an open parking lot with no security. Luckily I was able to get the trailer hooked up and loaded. I left the site with the trailer with NO PAPERWORK!
