The cabin was DISGUSTING DIRTY STINK. Cigarette butts spilled liquids. Simple wipe downs are obviously NOT happening. Definitely NOT going back and will NEVER suggest someone goes there.

rafael aI really liked it, but you need to check the cigarette lighter socket. I wanted to plug in my phone, but it didn't work.
ABOUBACAR CWe made a reservation online for 4:30 pm. I expected a slight delay of 10 minutes in receiving our truck due to the natural nature of the store being busy or there being a line prior to us. As we came to the counter, we were told there were no more trucks for the evening due to U-Haul over-scheduling vans. Of course, this was a shock to me, and I was very upset because then what is the point of making a reservation? The attendant then told us he was able to pull a van out of thin air if we were able to wait 30 minutes. By the end, I was happy we were able to receive our van, but if you are on a time constraint, I wouldn't suggest booking!
FAITH MI had a horrible experience today, not at this location but in general! I booked a 15ft van a week ago and uhual switched my location to the one on troutman street because they didn’t have vans of that size. When I arrived to the location I was told there wasn’t any van available for me. They didn’t call me to tell me so I had to book another location last minute then when I arrived another location they told me the 15ft wasn’t working. I had to use a 10ft van which didn’t fit all of my things so the movers had to do two trips which cost me more. Uhual needs to be better at assuring that whichever location is booked that they also call to confirm this.
