Store Associates were dismissive to my issue, did not understand English, and over charged me despite the credit I had in the system.
ANTHONY Ncabin door could not lock, my rental was exchanged for another 10" truck but the new contract was not sent. I only had the contract for the previous vehecle that had to be exchange. I was unaware of the actual mileage or fuel start. In addition. I was over charged,
Larry Avery slow process to pick up and they let me walk out without my dolly so I had to return to get that, which cost us time and money
