Make sure everyone is knowledge about how things work. I was told one thing by someone and then someone by another, I was charged unfairly and the agent would listening to what I was trying to tell her. this wasn't fair and hurtful.
Phillip WBe upfront about your additional charges so customer options can be had. Quoted 1 thing and charged something completely different at the end. $20 charge for ??? Smh... scavengers
