From the moment we arrived, she was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. What impressed me most was Tiffany’s sense of urgency. Knowing we were trying to get on the road before the worst of Atlanta’s Friday rush-hour traffic, she worked quickly and efficiently to get everything processed and get us out the door. She made the entire rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free. How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service is very rude, not willing to lose it, and very lazy. Me and my best friend went for me to get a U-Haul, which I wanted a 20 foot. The lady was too lazy to move the rental cars around and offered to give me the 26 foot just for her to later charge me regular price for the 26 foot instead of making the accommodation because she was too lazy to get it had several pending charges of multiple same amounts and they did not even process the holes that were on my account, causing my account to have fraud. U-Haul, the lady that helped us the first time and the gentleman that was there was very nasty and rude, and I’d like they didn’t wanna answer any questions for us. And then we did get ready to bring the U-Haul back instead of her trying to update my card information. She would tell me what she couldn’t do.
