The lady at the Loco Car Rental place was very rude and very inconsiderate and had a nasty attitude. She also told assisted me in setting a mobile pickup where I explained I wanted my time of return to be 5PM. However the system showed 3:30PM & I was unaware so I arrived at 4:06PM & the same rude lady told me I’m not being charged for 2 trucks even though I only used one and she didn’t do as I asked for my reservation making the time 5PM off return instead of 3:30. I need a full review of this situation and i should not be charged twice this is so frustrating and unfair. I will never in life recommend this location to anyone EVER!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBest experience at this location and I was initially upset because I didn't want to drive the extra miles when it was one closer to my residence. The facility was extra clean and welcoming.
