We reserved on a Saturday at 9:00, but the representative was late in opening the store. There were 3 customers waiting when he arrived ~9:20. We overfilled the gas tank from the starting point and asked for a credit, but did not receive one. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice. The truck was functional and as advertised; no issues. It was clean and drove fine. It was our second time using this location, but given the delay in picking it up, I will shop around next time. Overall it was fine and it got the job done.
