The location was closed when I picked up my equipment, but as I was loading up, one of the 6x12 trailers unexpectedly started to roll towards my car, luckily it hit the other U-Haul truck that was parked onsite before it got to my car, but would be worth looking into trailer chocks.

1- Uhaul online made some reservation for 8:00 AM but they opened just at 11:00 !!! i paid 3 guys at 20$/hrs for help to move all the appliance and bedroom. 2- When i made my reservation online i request some moving blanket and they don't have some and a dolly and don't have it. 3- The truck on gaz was between 1/8 and 1/4 so i have to spend my time to gaz your truck and don't forget i paid 3 guys all that time i spend!!! 4- The back of the truck was not clean as well sand, rock a lot of dust!!! i move some materess couch i expect a cleantruck.

NANCY Gtruck had NO windshield washer fluid in it when i picked it up. could have better cleaned inside but was ok. Both staff members were pleasant to deal with. the service desk was above average and helped immensely when i was a tough spot
Bruce Bit's not the fault of Kdp entreprise there where really helpful and understanding. But U-Haul send me a message the day before my rental and I had drive 2 hours just to get my Truck. And also the message I got told me the truck would be ready at 12h30 and I only had it at 16h. Again, not the fault of KDP entreprise they tried to call the guys who and the truck several time, but poor organisation from u-Haul
