While my experience with this location was great, this was not the location I reserved to pick up my rental. This is the third time that I have made a reservation to pick up a rental at a specific location to have U-Haul change the pickup location to one that was less convenient for me. Customers choose their pickup and return locations for a reason, and having one or both locations changed by U-Haul without adequate notice is not only unprofessional but a slap in the face to your customers.
