They weren't sure that we could drop at the location that we wanted to. Apparently, the computer system was incapable of confirming the drop location so I had to spend 30 minutes on hold to modify the drop location. Not really a good customer service experience.

I would like to know ahead of time if moving equipment is available or not
Christian SThe location was closed (this was expected). The online drop off process was horrible. it took over an hour to try to get through the U-Haul web interface and it eventually closed without completion. All of the issues I had with this rental were due to U-Haul's online dependent process, not the drop off location

STEVE CEasy drop off. However, they did not close out our trailer drop off. I had to call them back after the drop off was complete to receive my receipt. Although, we received the receipt immediately for the truck we dropped off.
