The woman who helped us with our broken down truck was initially irritating but she ended up being very helpful after we insisted on what we needed. Uhaul should realize that when a 26 ft truck, fully loaded, breaks down half way through a move that the people who are renting the truck are not in the best mood and the worker should not be asking us to "help" them by driving a truck with no brakes or unloading and loading it ourselves.
