How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing the owner was very nice
PATRICIA TProfessionalism is key ! The check in process was very inconvenient and the app was not working . I had to call after 24 hours to see if my refund was coming because they charge for mileage before you even see how many miles you use . Communication could have been way better and the tone of voice is slightly rude with an attitude once I had to call and ask questions about refund since I didn’t get any notice 24 hours after I dropped truck off.
Infiniti EDid drop off after hours so don’t have any idea.
Luanne Mbusiness was not open so I did my return on line while at establishment
