I reserved weeks in advance a 4x8 trailer. It didn't come in on time, so I had to go with a 5x8 trailer because that's all they had available. When I was forced into that trailer size, my already exuberant costs went up an additional $30. This was no fault of my own because I had booked the trailer weeks in advance. I think that I shouldn't be charged the extra for the trailer when I didn't get what I reserved. Not a good way for UHaul to do business.
