First, I want to say that the Hasty Market employee made this experience as wonderful as she could. She was patient and kind, and helped me the best should could. However, there seemed to be issues with the app and website when checking in. I was unable to do anything on my own, and she also had issues with the website closing and refreshing and it took nearly 45 minutes to get everything sorted. Also I would say the location in the back of the building was hard to find, so better directions or indications for that would be useful!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall, I had a terrible experience with U-Haul today. It’s not because of the person who works at Hasty Mall, but the app and the system in general. First, I tried to check in with U-Haul in advance to save some time, but I couldn’t find the link to that anywhere. Then, I arrived at the location on time and was hoping the check-in process would be completed within 20 min. I was so wrong. It took me almost an hour and a half to gain access to the van. Meanwhile, I have to say, the worker there and the customer service representative I was on the phone with were very kind and patient with my questions. They did a great job. However, the major delay caused by the app and the system glitch was unforgivable! I was able to get the key instantly simply by showing the worker my driver’s license back in Vancouver. I don’t know why it took them like 40 min to give me the key here. On top of that, I was already not happy that my U-Box was delayed for four days, and when I finally drove 40min to access my u-box, the front desk staff at the U-Haul Milton location felt a bit rude. She was super nice and friendly to the Caucasian customer before us, but was cold and honestly a bit impatient when dealing with us. I don’t know what that’s about. My experience with U-Haul this time was by far the worst moving experience ever.

Koki HTerrible experience! I was scammed out of $36. When I picked up the truck, the fuel level was exactly at half a tank (1/2), and I have a photo to prove it. However, in the contract, they falsely noted the fuel level as being higher than half (an extra 1/8 of a tank). Before returning the vehicle, I filled it up to exactly 1/2 a tank—the exact amount of fuel it had when I received it. Despite this, they charged me an extra fee for 17 liters of fuel upon return! This is an absolute rip-off and a scam. I have photographic evidence of the initial fuel level. Avoid this location if you don’t want to be overcharged for gas you didn't use!
Andrii KI failed to get names but the attendants that served me were personable and friendly, quick and efficient, and professional. This was the most seamless experience I've had yet. It made a stressful move easier. Thank you to the two at Hasty Market 5927.
