Terrible experience! I was scammed out of $36. When I picked up the truck, the fuel level was exactly at half a tank (1/2), and I have a photo to prove it. However, in the contract, they falsely noted the fuel level as being higher than half (an extra 1/8 of a tank). Before returning the vehicle, I filled it up to exactly 1/2 a tank—the exact amount of fuel it had when I received it. Despite this, they charged me an extra fee for 17 liters of fuel upon return! This is an absolute rip-off and a scam. I have photographic evidence of the initial fuel level. Avoid this location if you don’t want to be overcharged for gas you didn't use!

I failed to get names but the attendants that served me were personable and friendly, quick and efficient, and professional. This was the most seamless experience I've had yet. It made a stressful move easier. Thank you to the two at Hasty Market 5927.
Kristopher BHere’s a more polished and professional version of your review: I visited this location to pick up a U-Haul that I had reserved for 4:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the employee working at the time had no idea how to complete the pickup process on their end and had to call their manager for assistance. The manager who spoke to me over the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. He acted as though he was doing me a personal favor by providing the U-Haul at 4:00 a.m., even though I had made a legitimate reservation. I explained to him that providing customer service is part of his job, especially as a manager, and that being rude and dismissive toward customers is unacceptable. He repeatedly stated that he was “doing me a favor” by giving me the truck. I responded that if customers are considered a burden, then the location should not advertise 24-hour U-Haul availability. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location, especially for late-night or early-morning pickups. It does not appear that they have adequately trained staff to handle overnight reservations. On a positive note, the employee working during the day shift when I returned the U-Haul was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
