Daljit (sp?) at the pick-up location (5 Rivers Auto) was fantastic, really went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the appliance dolly I reserved wasn’t available at this location, so I had to also go over to the U-haul central location off of Jacob’s. I previously had a poor experience at the main U-haul facility, and this time I waited a little while, told through a doorway that someone would be with me shortly. When Armen emerged he seemed visibly annoyed when I told him that I hadn’t received my dolly at the pick-up location, sighed heavily and told me to wait while he went and grabbed me one. He brought the dolly, and when I asked for his name he kind of scoffed and said ‘Armen’. I’ve had great experiences at the contracted locations in the area that provide space for equipment pick-up/drop-off. I have had poor customer service interactions at the U-haul location off of Jacob’s, which is surprising considering that it’s the U-haul “hub” in the area. Will pick up equipment at 5 Rivers Auto anytime, they are fantastic.
