When coming into the facility to get the rental truck, I was approached by an older gentleman letting him know I had a reservation at 8 & then started to argue about I cant get it due to the store not opening at 9. I tried to explain & he legit was rude the whole time until I had to get customer service plus his boss on the line. He wasn’t helpful at all & he was under minding me as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I will not longer go to the location again due to him being rude the way he was.
