The hitch on this trailer damaged my brand new 2” ball. Although the trailer was clean, one of the tie downs in the bed was missing and something is wrong with the hitch locking mechanism - it does not tighten properly and left a very large gouge in the surface of the ball. It requires repair. I am not satisfied and would like a replacement 2” ball to replace the one that was damaged by your trailer.
