It would be convenient if the trailer hitches were up on blocks so you would not have to do a dead lift in order to get them on your hitch.

Staff were untrained and I was put on Facetime with the manager. They to re-did the entire booking process. I had to recite out loud my personal information (licence number, credit card information) in the gas station to the lady on Facetime, which was a/unnecessary because if had already been input online, b/ a huge liability for identity/fraud. My pick up time for the trailer was at 12, I showed up at 11:45 and eventually left at 12:20. No staff inspected my vehicle, the trailer, ensured that everything was hooked up correctly. Further, my booking was changed without being notified prior to the pickup. I got no call before, so I had to reach out multiple times. (That was U-Haul's fault, not the personel in Fairmount).
Tatiana Gbooked for 9:00. drove half an hour to get to the place. sign on door that was closed. nobody bothered to call me. did the online check-in and when picked up had to go through the whole thing again. the staff did not know how to do it had to get on the phone with somebody else speaking of foreign language took another 10 or 15 minutes. no apology no explanation for not showing up until noon. just nothing. oh yes garbage all over the property
