The gentleman that assisted me was very nice but I turned in the truck a day early and he told me that would refund me a day of use. He told me this without me even asking for it or bringing it up, and then they proceeded to charge me even more. Don’t bring up refunding me and then not do it.

The lady at the desk is very helpful and friendly made sure I knew exactly what was happening and when I would get charged for. It was absolutely no surprises. It was quick and easy.

DWAYNE AI was charged for 7 gallons of gas , when I put gas in it before I returned it. I used it from 11;30 am and returned it around 3:30 pm, $158:00 for 4 hrs. Not using U -Haul again. People I dealt with were very nice.
David SGentleman who assisted me unhitching the trailer from my truck was friendly and accommodating. I believe he worked for the car dealership with which this Uhaul location is associated. Excellent service!
