The trailer was old: the roll up door was pretty much impossible to open or close for just one person. Latch and door are rusted and too worn to function as intended,

Michael MWhen I opened the trailer, there was dirt, leaves, a broken tie-down strap, etc. Obviously not inspected when previously turned in. I wonder if that renter paid a cleaning charge.
Kevin PApp does not work for checking in
Gregory WThe back left tire was low when we picked up the rental. We were originally quoted $1,595, but ended up paying around $2,100, which was a pretty significant difference from what we expected. The return date/process was also confusing and could have been explained more clearly. Better communication about the final cost, return expectations, and making sure the vehicle is fully checked before pickup would have made the experience much better.
