I don't have any problems with the rental business location or the condition of the truck. However, the check-in process was horrible! First, I couldn't check in on my reservation and they had to create another one which delayed me a half an hour. Second, I had to provide three different photos of the front of my driver's license because the person receiving them said they looked like copies and not like my actual license. Third, the confirmation phone call that should have been instantaneous took 20 minutes to receive. Instead of leaving the facility within the 60 minute window of my reservation, we had to leave 35 minutes after that window, 95 minutes after when my reservation was scheduled. This is absolutely unacceptable. My experience with this was so bad that I will never use mobile check-in again. I would like my particular transaction to be reviewed by management and see what it is that went wrong and what could have been done differently because I don't understand how any of it could have gone that badly. I have had good experiences in the past so I was quite surprised to have a bad experience today.

Steven BIris and Cletus of Beiers Auto Supply (U-Haul dealer) went far and above what we could have asked for. Iris was out of the size unit we needed to move our son, but (30)minutes or so after our discussion, she called to tell me she had secured a unit for us. WHOW; this is UNHEARD of in today's business climate. Perhaps they are a bit senior, as am I, but they have learned how to treat a customer and could certainly teach other business leaders/managers how to deliver exceptional business ethics and etiquette. Well done Iris and Cletus.
