The trailer we picked up had no wiring harness, and I was told by the people that rented us the trailer that we could go to any auto parts store and get one. We spent the whole day going to Auto Parts stores and nobody had what it was that we needed to get the trailer lights to work. A friend of mine jury rigged the wiring harness and got the lights to come on but the brake lights and the turn signal lights still didn't work. Because we had problems with the lights, we avoided driving at night, and our trip took significantly longer. I paid close to $700 to bring personal belongs across country and feel like I was cheated. You put me in an unsafe situation and I resent that. A refund of what I paid I believe would be appropriate.
