How U-Haul Reviews WorkAs i said to the agent i spoke to - the van cargo area had what looked like grease or oil. When i inspected it i thought it was water on the cargo flooring but later discovered it was not when some of the grease or oil transferred to my stuff. The van windows were had to clean they were very dirty and the back area also had not been cleaned. In the app it asked if it is clean enough for the next person to use. IT WAS NOT clean for us. However if i selected no uhaul would charge me a cleaning fee!! Why should i pay to clean they van when i did NOT dirty it. If anything we cleaned they windows and took care. Now i have to spend time today washing blankets etc to try and remove the oul or grease or whatever it is. I should be compensated!!
