That trailer was a nightmare....the people were very nice...but trailer was difficult...and...you cant just drop them at any uhaul dealer anymore either

This location was 80 miles each way out of the way for us. We specifically booked 3 months in advance to have a truck where we needed it to be. We spoke with a customer service rep to make sure everything was set up. 24 hours before our need of this truck we are informed they do not guarantee the pick up location! They do not get a truck to your advanced booking reservation! What is the point! Absolutely Unacceptable!

Zylur CI rented truck 15 days ahead yo ensure truck is available on pick up day in Coralville Iowa. A day before pick up I was contacted that truck won't be available at selected location eventually I had to pick up the truck at a location that cost me extra fuel cost and more time. I was frustrated and disappointed at U-Hal reservation system.
MOHAMMAD MI rented a 6x12 trailer with a dolly, I did not receive the dolly, and when I took the trailer back to drop off. I told the guy it was ok. $7.00 wasn’t a big deal. He didn’t some things in the computer, and rudely said oh no it’s ok. I fixed it. I told him again I never asked for the 7 dollars back, and he once again rudely said oh no. I fixed it for you.
