The location was great - the UHaul process was TERRIBLE - none of our equipment we reserved was included upon pick up. The truck wasn't released by UHaul to be taken. Our location pickup was changed twice to not have everything we needed. We had to go to the Disribution center where my original pickup reservation was scheduled, to go an get equipment. The Manager there was terrible at de-escalation and was condescending from the beginning - when I called him on it he got defensive. Terrible experience overall. Daybreak was great though - he was super helpful. UHaul needs work.
