My reservation for a 15 foot truck got changed the day before pickup to a 26 foot truck. Easy to drive but very challenging getting in a tight driveway. Also the battery died and had to wait to repairmen to come and fix it

Ensure all components are lifecycled, repaired, or replace. Part of auto transport wheel well was broken upon receipt, making securing more difficult than needed. Vehicle was clean and serviceable.
DANIEL LI returned after hours, but I did speak with someone on the phone earlier in the day. Seemed nice. She told me where to drop the trailer. May want to bring a couple pieces of scrap wood to chock the tires if you return late.

BENJAMIN CI dropped off the rental around 3:00pm. No one was there. I called the number and no one answered. I left a time sensitive message for a call back asap. No one ever called. I’m being charged for after-hours drop off when it was the during day hours. I should not have to pay the charges. I returned the rental before deadline and under mileage cap with proper fuel level. Who do I contact for reimbursement?
