This was the worst experience of my life. We were not given a key code. Not given any direction that there was even a process that we needed a key code. Got to the location and waited and waited for them to open just to find out we needed to get a passcode for a lockbox but was never emailed that passcode so we had to call 2 different numbers for them to troubleshoot the problem. Started an hour late and the truck was in horrible shape.
