It had a alittle bit of dirt inside truck just sweep it out. But service was amazing and reliable.

JILLMARIE WBoth the owner and agent went out of their way to accommodate my needs. My reservation location was changed and they welcomed me. They did not have the size truck I asked for, but they provided another size for me which worked out fine. I cannot say enough about the two gentleman at this location. It was refreshing to be provided with excellent customer service. And they gave me a discount for being a veteran. If you need any moving needs, this is the place to go!

CHET ZI spoke with one of the Uhaul representives the night before who "found" a trailer for me at 5900 N 50 W, Fremont, IN 46737 for a scheduled pickup of 12:30, i arrived 15 minutes after as this location was 5 hours away and the two "individuals" at this teeny tiny hut in a field of 3 trailers decided when i showed up was a good time to tell me they didnt have the trailer for me and sent me 1 hour in the direction i came from to pick up from an alternative lot, they waited until i showed up to do their job and set me back 2 hours from the rest of my scheduled trip, they were rude and unfriendly, why would they wait until i showed up to figure this out??? I dont know, completely FUCKED up my trip and instead of being home at 9pm from my 7am journey i finally made it to my destination around 11:30pm wore out frustrated exhausted and utterly dissapointed in the actions of this establishment, i have never had any issues with uhaul in the past and thankfully the location i was sent to was able to look at their fuckin lot and confirm they had the trailer right then and there instead of waiting for me to show up to check, ive debated calling uhaul but can not muster the respect and decency to not go off on a poor representative that would have the displeasure of speaking to me, i believe the freemont location should have some kind of auditing as they make the UHAUL name look like shit in mud.
