Very difficult self pick up process and poor communication with customer service. Was given false information about dropping off to other location and double charged when I was told it would be a flat rate of $125

JOSE LThe truck was dropped of before the store opened, but it received good reviews and it was the closest to my new home. However, I would not recommend it due to the treatment I received from Sam at the Anmoore location and the justification of Sam's deceptive behavior using the terms that were not covered with me. Again, thank you for the service you provide, but I cannot in good conscience recommend your company or any location. I would like, and am again requesting, a call from a supervisor to discuss a resolution to this matter. I would not have accepted 5 days or 1500 miles had I not been deceived by Sam at the Anmoore location.
