The truck was dropped of before the store opened, but it received good reviews and it was the closest to my new home. However, I would not recommend it due to the treatment I received from Sam at the Anmoore location and the justification of Sam's deceptive behavior using the terms that were not covered with me. Again, thank you for the service you provide, but I cannot in good conscience recommend your company or any location. I would like, and am again requesting, a call from a supervisor to discuss a resolution to this matter. I would not have accepted 5 days or 1500 miles had I not been deceived by Sam at the Anmoore location.

Great service, I picked a location that had on site employees. I was concerned when it was switched to this location. But it turned out much better than if I had a in person transaction. They way it was set up everything was handled over the phone and with a drop box. It went perfect and the gentleman that assisted me on the phone had everything in control which allowed this the best rental I have every had. Thank you I wil use this location if i need a rental in the future and have already recommended it as well.
