This location failed to assist in hooking up the trailer, checking for road worthiness and doing an inspection with us. The trailer rubbed on the fender and the axle was broken. The vendor placed our lives in jeopardy along with the safety of others on the road! This was an unacceptable vendor and as previous users of U-Haul products, the expectations were higher.
