GARY SI keep having the same experience. Equipment is dirty, check engine and other disconcerting indicators are lit, the app doesn’t work properly, etc. U-Haul has a near monopoly in terms of locations, and they know it.
LUKEJACOB HThey didn’t have the utility dolly I needed so I had to make do with a smaller one that was. More difficult. The representative was very polite and nice but overall experience was poor. Was kept waiting for 30 minutes and didn’t have the right equipment.
