They didn’t have the utility dolly I needed so I had to make do with a smaller one that was. More difficult. The representative was very polite and nice but overall experience was poor. Was kept waiting for 30 minutes and didn’t have the right equipment.

My experience might be out of the ordinary, but it resulted in two lengthy conversations with customer service. First, when I arrived to pick up a rented cargo van, I was told that UHaul's system wouldn't allow the transaction. After several minutes of trying to figure out why, the kind woman helping me suggested I call the customer service number. After waiting 20 minutes for a callback, I spent close to an hour with a representative who wanted to resolve the issue for me, but he couldn't find a clear reason for the rejection. He eventually convinced the person at the location to cancel my rental and create another one, which worked. I'd been at the location for an hour and a half When I tried to return the van, there was no history of my rental in the UHaul app, so I called customer service again. After waiting over an hour for a callback, a helpful representative spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to find the transaction. When she did, she resolved the problem by giving me the web address for virtually returning a rental. The experience wasn't ideal, and I realize that the reps ultimately solved the problem. I am grateful for their help, but there seemed to be significant glitches in the system. I recommended the location because I don't think anything related to the delays was their fault.
JOHN BStore was supposed to close at 8:00 pm and truck due back by then. I came to return the truck at 7:45 pm and the store was closed. Dropped off the truck using the drop box and it seemed to be OK.

Eric SThe hours of operation for this location are incorrect in the UHAUL system. you have them listed as closing at 8 PM EST. When i arrived at 7 they were already closed.
