I made a reservation for a 20 ft. truck a couple of months ago. I called the traffic dept. the afternoon prior to my pick-up date/time to find out there were no trucks available in the area, only one an hour and 20 minutes away and required taking a ferry, not helpful. This individual within the traffic dept. was of no help and borderline rude. The local storage company had a 10 ft. truck that I ended up renting. I paid more for this truck compared to the 20 ft. I had reserved and was unable to carry everything I wanted to move which will require another trip. A suggestion, If u-haul is unable to fulfill its rental commitments, they should notify its Customers in advance to at least allow them to make other arrangements if they can. Customers make plans and arrangements for a move, this is not only how it may impact u-haul. Very disappointing
MICHAEL SThe fob on the key interfered with moving from gas to brake. It jammed between my thigh and the steering column - it's too big.
