The personnel was not a people person.
ROBERT CProfessional and friendly. They got me hooked up quickly and on my way. Easy drop off. The space where I got it from was open for me to leave it.
Andrew KI didn’t not receive the dolly I paid for but overall a good experience
Ronald EGuy was rude on phone when I called, didn’t talk to me when I picked it up, he seemed annoyed I was interrupting him from his other work. he didn’t tell me a price, assumed it was $29.99 but then added $8.00 to final bill he didn’t tell me about for some kind of towing I didn’t need. It was hard to get trailer in and out as it was blocked by other trailers. Another guy that helped me was nice however.
