They changed my location which not a big beak. However the mileage limitations is a little off. The calculation of miles doesn’t give you any room to go to pick the stuff your moving then dropping off then to drop off location. You are for sure going over your allotment.

Andrew CSecond time I have used this location. Same older gentlemen, always argues, doesn't care about reservations. Cancels my reservation and creates a new one with different times.
Kyle OThe clerk was very nice and helpful. When I went to the truck, it was snowed in. I was struggling to get it to back up. The clerk came out and after several minutes he was able to back the truck out. The check engine light was on, and the driver's side windshield wiper did not work. I was able to use the truck, but the maintenance items could have made it very bad.
